At Messrs. T. and Is. Littledale's office, Exchange-buildings, this day, (Friday) the 20th inst. at one o'clock, 107 Bags Sea Island (cotton), 87 Bags Bahama (cotton). Imported principally in the George, from New Providence. For further particulars apply to Messrs. Hamnett, Roscoe and Wilson, merchants, or J.A. Hodgkinson & Co. and Haenry Norris (Brokers).
On Tuesday next, the 24th. inst. at Mr Byrom's warehouse, Dale-street, and at W. and E. Corrie's warehouse, Rumford-street, at 12 o'clock, 90 tons of barwood, now landing ex Columbus. For further particulars apply to Messrs. George Case & Co. Merchants, or W. and Edgar Corrie, Brokers.
Without reserve.- At Miss Maxwell's, the sign of the King's Arms, in Stanhope-street, Harrington, near Liverpool, on Monday, the 23d of September, 1811, at six o'clock in the evening, subject to such conditions of sale as will be then produced: All that messuage or dwelling-house, with its appurtenances, situate on the north side of Stanhope-street aforesaid, containing in front five yards, and in depth backwards (on the east and west sides, to a back passage of three feet wide) 14 yards, and now in the possession of Capt. Leshey?, as tenant thereof. The premises are freehold inheritance, and were late the property of John Richardson, of Brownlow-hill, Stone Mason, deceased. Miss Maxwell will direct a person to shew the same, and further particulars may be had by applying to Mr. Avison, Solicitor, Hanover-street, Liverpool, or Messrs. Houghton and Sherratt, Solicitors, Prescot.
