By Order of the Assignees, at Forshaw's, the Globe Tavern, in Liverpool, on Thursday the 26th day of Sept. inst. at 7 o'clock in the evening, a dwelling house on the west side of St. James's-street, in Liverpool, being in front 21 feet 2 inches, and in depth about 31 feet, in the occupation of Messrs. Lowes and Woods. A warehouse lately erected on the west side of Chorley-street, in Liverpool, in front 61 feet 1 inch, and in depth about 31 feet, in the occupation of Messrs. Lowes and Woods. Aseat or pew, on the south side of the middle aisle of St. Thomas'Church, in Liverpool, formerly two seats, and marked 96 and 97. All the above are land of inheritance, and for further particulars apply at the office of Crump and Lodge, Drury-lane, Liverpool.
Coal-brook-dale Foundry. (By Order of the Assignees of Mr. William Fawcett.) On Friday the 26th inst. at six o'clock in the evening, at Forshaw's, the Globe Tavern, John-street, Liverpool. The iron foundry, in York-street, in Liverpool, known by the name of Coal-Brook-Dale Iron Foundry, lately carried on by Mr. William Fawcett. It contains 4000 square yards, and has three valuable fronts to Lydia Ann-street, York-street, and Gilbert-street. The buildings consist of a large foundry, with stoves and furnaces, a complete boring mill, with steam engine of 14 horse power; Smith's shop, finishing shops, joiner's shops, three warehouses, and a counting-house, also a good dwelling-house. This is a very complete foundry, and has been established upwards of 30 years. It is in full possession of a very lucrative and extensive business, and with peculiar advantages in the preparation of machinery for foreign markets. The tenure is freehold of inheritance.
