MONDAY.- Before the Mayor (G.Stevenson, Esq.), J. Baines, S. Viccars, W. Miles, W. Hunt, and J. Howcutt, Esqrs.
John Gisbourne was fined 21s., in default three weeks' hard labour for assaulting John Boot on January 16th.
