For New York, with passengers, or with goods, if the intercourse should be shortly renewed, the fine American ship Aristomenes, J.W. Brewster, Master, burthen 350 tons, a vessel of the first class, and quite in readiness to proceed to sea in ballast, or to commence loading with goods. Apply to Capt. Brewster on board, at George's Dock Gates, or to Martin, Hope, and Thornely.
For sale, freight, or charter, the fine American ship Gloe,--- Craig, Master, burthen about 200 tons- wood sheathed, and nearly new. For inventories and further particulars apply to the Captain on board, in George's Dock, or Geo. & Jno. M. Gilchrist and Co. Brunswick-street.
For New Providence, the ship George, James Pickthall, Master, burthen 247 tons, coppered, and intended to sail direct in a month. For particulars apply to Hamnett, Roscoe, & Wilson.
For Havannah and New Orleans?, the fine American ship Ceres. Daniel Sayward, Master, burthen about 276 tons.- The principal part of her cargo being engaged, she will take what goods may be immediately offered for Havannah, and proceed to sea without delay. For freight or passage (having good accommodations) apply to Capt. Sayward, on board, east side of George's Dock, or to Barclay, Salkeld, and Co.
For Oporto, (without convoy,) the British-built coppered Schooner Susan, Richard Jones, Master, burthen per register 123 tons, stands A. at Lloyd's, and armed with four 6-pounders and one long 12-pounder amid ships: as one-third of her cargo is engaged and ready to go on board, it is expected she will have little dealy. For freight, &c. apply to the Master on board, in the Old Dock, or Edwin Hunt, Broker.
For Quebec, and will forward goods to Montreal at the ship's expense, but shipper's risk, the well-known British-built Brig Henry, James Cannon, Master, burthen per reigister 147 tons, stands A. 1, at Lloyds, (being only three years old,) a considerable part of her cargo being engaged, she is expected to have little delay. For freight, &c. apply to the Master on board, or Edwin Hunt, Broker.
