At the Globe Tavern, in John-street, in Liverpool, on Wednesday next, the 9th of October, at five o'clock in the evening, all that dwelling-house on the easterly side of Paradise-street, with the stables and other buildings at the back, and extending to Manesty's-lane; being in front to Paradise-street 18 feet, and in depth from Paradise-street to Manesty's-lane 105 feet 6 inches, lately in the possession of Mr. James Molyneux, held by lease under the Corporation of Liverpool, for two lives and 21 years, under the usual ground rent. Immediate possession may be had. For further particulars apply to Ewd. Blackstock, No. 1, St. John's-lane, Haymarket.
At the George Inn, in Dale-street, on Thursday next, the 26th day of September, at two o'clock in the afternoon, a very commodious warehouse in the occupation of Neilson and Heathcote, fronting Henry-street, Argyle-street, and Campbell-street, in Liverpool, held under the Corporation for three livesall in being and twenty-one years. The warehouse is very well built and in excellent condition, and has the advantage of three fronts. A plan of the ground may be seen, and any further information had from Mr Lace, Castle-street.
